It is the end of our event season and time to extend A BIG THANK YOU to participating artists and to event patrons who supported our events and these talented people! Your purchasing the artisans’ lovingly handcrafted works means a great deal to these small business people who create and contribute to the world’s beauty and to us, the organizers of art events. Thank you! We’re so happy to be a part of this wonderful community.
Please visit our website again towards the end of December. We will have our 2018 schedule and applications ready for you then!
(2017 information) Artist/Crafter Show Applications
FILL-ABLE or DOWNLOAD-ABLE APPLICATION NOTES:
- Fill-able applications will require the use of Adobe Reader. If you don’t have it, then you can get it here:
- Click the link to open the application. Fully complete the application and save the form. Create and send an email to email@example.com including the application and compliment of requested check list items.
- If you prefer to download and print the applications: download, complete the application, include the full compliment of checklist times and return them to us by USPS to Pacific Fine Arts Festivals PO Box 280 Pine Grove, CA 95665.
Note that the applications are on legal-sized pages. If you don’t have that sized paper available for printing, open the attachment:
- On a PC: Open the attachment you want to print. Go to the top of the screen and click on “File” then “Print” then the drop down box called “Page Scaling.” Select “Fit to Printable Area,” “Print Entire Image,” or “Shrink to Printable Area” then “OK.” That should cause the application to print on your 8.5 x 11 paper.
- On a Mac: Open the attachment you want to print. Go to the top of the screen and click on “File” then “Print” then “Fit” or “Shrink Oversized Pages.
We have found that some print dialog boxes don’t include any of these options. In that case, if you have an option of “Custom Scale” select that option and type in either 75% or 80%.

2.1.17 Two new events, and Feb 1 deadline information!
CALLING ALL ARTISTS–TWO NEW EVENTS!
Join us for one or both of our new Art Festivals hosted by Folsom Premium Outlets. The event site is an 80 store outdoor shopping mall just 20 minutes east of Sacramento and conveniently located off Highway 50 at the Folsom Blvd. exit. Folsom Premium Outlets draws from the greater Sacramento area including Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Elk Grove and Granite Bay. Featured stores include Calvin Klein, Chico’s, Coach Outlet, LOFT Outlet, Nike, Samsonite, Kenneth Cole, Banana Republic and Vans.
Event Information: ARTISAN MARKETPLACE debuts April 29 & 30 and focuses on Fine Arts and Crafts, deadline March 1. The October celebration, HANDCRAFTED HARVEST HOLIDAYS October 28 & 29, may expand to include music, interactive activities for kids, community booths and focus more on your handcrafted holiday gift items, deadline April 1. These open-air arts and crafts galleries are on the closed street of Center Drive located in the middle of the mall’s two major entrances. Artists can drive to their space to unload. Spaces are 10×10 or 10×20 on asphalt. Overnight security. No electricity. 60 spaces. Participants are responsible for a Folsom Business Certificate ($55.00 for the first event, $31.00 for additional events in current or subsequent years). Information will be included with event’s notification letter.

FEBRUARY 1ST DEADLINES
Deadlines are upon us! We have about a week’s leeway before we must have the February 1 deadline applications in the office to prep for the first round of selection. We do accept applications after the deadlines for space or waiting list consideration.
